One individual told his personal story of health and well being while he was an inpatient at a psychiatric unit.
Individuals talked about working on health and wellness collectively and individually.
Participants documented how healthy habits have been achieved through a variety of activities.
Participants spoke about actualizing recovery through service and the gratification they had providing it.
Several participants discussed a spiritual connection to their health and wellness achievements.
Some participants discussed the stigma and stereotypes that they still experience in the midst of recovery.
One individual told a personal story of his transition from inpatient to outpatient.
